The University of Auckland of New Zealand is offering scholarships for international students from developing countries who are member of Asian Development Bank Japan Scholarship Program. These scholarships are for those students who want to pursue their Masters Degree program studies in University of Auckland, New Zealand. These scholarships are funded by ADB Japan.

  • Airfare from Auckland, New Zealand, to the scholar’s home country at the conclusion of his or her course of study
  • For scholars engaged in research, a special grant may be available for thesis preparation

Eligibility Criteria

In order to be considered as eligible for the scholarships offered by University of Auckland, applicants should possess following eligibility criteria:

  • Applicant should be admitted in any of the Masters Degree program in University of Auckland
  • Applicant should be from any developing country who is member of ADB
  • Applicant should have a bachelor degree with good academic credentials
  • IELTS  results
  • Have at least two years of full-time professional work experience
  • Be under 35 years old at the time of application
  • Be proficient in oral and written English
  • Must be in a good health
  • Return to home country after completing the master program
