The Chinese Government is offering scholarships for international students in China. These scholarships are for those students who want to pursue their Bachelors / Masters and PhD degree studies in Beijing Universities. These scholarships are focusing on intellectual international students who want to study in a well ranked Chinese university and under well qualified faculty.
Field of Study / Subjects
Applicants can choose any field for their studies of Bachelors / Masters and PhD degree.
Other latest Scholarships in China are also offered for different degrees and subjects all over the China.
Number of Scholarships
Many numbers of awards are offered for Bachelors, Masters and PhD study program under Beijing Government.
Duration of Scholarship
4 years for Bachelors study, 2 years of Masters Study and 3 years of PhD degree study.
Scholarship Description / Details
Beijing Government provides many benefits for applicants:
- 10,000 RMB/year for a senior training or long term language program
- 20,000 RMB/year/ for a Bachelor degree
- 30,000 RMB/year for a Masters degree
- 40,000 RMB/year for a Doctoral degree
- Covers tuition fees
Eligibility Criteria
In order to be considered as eligible for this scholarship, applicants should possess following eligibility criteria:
- Applicant should be from any developing country with a valid passport
- Applicant should be good in health and physically fit
- Requirement for applicant’s language proficiency
- Applicants must have completed senior high school with good grades and be under the age of 30 for Bachelors study
- Applicants must have Bachelor’s degree and be under the age of 35 for Masters Study
- Applicants must have Master’s degree and be under the age of 40 for PhD study
- Applicant should not be grantee of any scholarship in China which is offered by any Chinese university

- Applicants should submit their application form for scholarship before the final date of submission.
- Applications will be assessed by the assessment commission of the Beijing Government

I am really interested in pursuing my PhD degree in the area of industrial engineering in China.
So Now I would like to know more about the following:
1- Am I eligible to apply for the Chinese Government Scholarship for PhD studies as a Tunisian Citizen?
2- Where should I apply to the Korean Embassy in Libya or back home in Tunisia?? And when is the final dead line for the 2016-2017 scholarship ?
3- Is the Chinese Language a prerequisite?

you first need to have admission in the any beijing university and then you can apply for this scholarship.

My name is Surafel Teshome and I have BA Degree in accounting from Hawassa University (Ethiopia) with a cumulative GPA of 3.25, and I want to apply a fully funded scholarship in China, just because i don’t have a financial aid to continue Masters Degree. I want confirm that, can we apply for both type of Scholarship (Beijing Government Scholarship & Chinese Government Scholarship) on the same time in same session.
One is applied after getting admission and CSC is applied to get admission and scholarship.

But please Can you confirm me, after get admission in university we can apply in Beijing Govt Scholarship and also CSC scholarship we can apply or not on the same time. If we apply any one can be reject or both will be reject ………
you cant apply both you may get one of them depending upon your first year performance for BGS and CSC is from start again.

Please also I want to confirm that. 1-I can apply for admission in 3 university in the same secession for same major?
2-IF I can, then I need to submit CSC application from separate for each university, or just one application form is enough. because there is also option for the preference number of 3 universities.
separate application for all universities. You can apply in 100 universities also. But each university separate application in CSC online system and also hard copies and prospectus fee if that uni ask for on their real site.
