British Council IELTS Scholarships 2021  

British Council is announced British Council IELTS Scholarships for Bangladesh Students to undergraduate and postgraduate degree program in Australia, US, UK and all countries including these three countries.  British Council scholarship scheme is to assist more people to access international education experience. This year 5 scholarships will be awarded to the students.

Scholarships are awarded to study the subjects/fields offered by the universities in the different countries

Other latest Scholarships in Bangladesh are also offered for different degrees and subjects all over the Bangladesh.

Every year five (05) scholarships are offered for Bangladesh students by the British Council

Duration of Scholarship

British Council is announced full time undergraduate and postgraduate degree program 04 and o2 to 03 years respectively

Scholarship Description / Details

  • The British Council IELTS Scholarships value is BDT 300,000 for each award
  • This award value is only used toward tuition fees
  • Scholarships are undertaken as one each for institutions in Australia, US, UK and all countries including these three countries

Eligibility Criteria

Eligible students for British Council IELTS Scholarships:

  • Must a Bangladeshi citizen
  • Must enroll in undergraduate or postgraduate program
  • Must attend a higher educational institution that accepts IELTS
  • Who have IELTS test from 1 April 2016 till the test date of 1 December 2016 are also eligible
  • Must have a valid IELTS score, with a minimum overall band score of 6
  • Must provide the letter of acceptance/ offer from the attending institution

How to Apply / Download Scholarship Form / Documents Required

  • Download British Council scholarships application form
  • Attach documents with the application:
  • Copy of IELTS test report form
  • Recent photo
  • Written task A or B (300 words limit)
  • Disability certificate
  • Academic transcripts
  • Signed hard copy of application with necessary documents should be sent to:
