Difference between India and Pakistan

India and Pakistan were once referred as subcontinent. These two countries were considered as one country which was named as subcontinent. And in that subcontinent there were two major religions Islam and Hinduism. And these countries were separated on the basis of religions as the two nations wanted to live their lives according to their religions. These two countries were separated in 1947.

India

The independence day of India is 15 August 1947. And in this country the majority religion or official religion is Hinduism. Capital of India is New Delhi. And the people living in India follow the rules and regulations of Hinduism.  And the largest city of India according to population is Mumbai.  The President of India is Ram Nath and Prime Minister of India is Narendra Modi. And India has a democratic Parliamentarian system. There are more than 7 religions in India. The people of India are very strict regarding their religion.

Pakistan

Pakistan celebrates its independence day on 14 August 1947 and the Pakistan was achieved after scarifying many lives and after much struggle. The founder of Pakistan is Quaid-e-Azam and the dream of separate homeland for Muslims was seen by Allama Iqbal. The major religion or official religion is Islam. And the people living in Pakistan are spending their lives according to the rules of Islam. And the President of Pakistan is Mamnoon Hussain and the Prime Minister of Pakistan is Shahid Khaqan Abbasi. The Motto of Pakistan is Faith, Unity and Discipline. And the National Anthem was written by Hafeez Jalandhari.

Education is given due importance as the time passes and it is evident that no nation can progress without the education. The Literacy rate of India is 70.04%.

On the other hand the literacy rate of Pakistan has fallen as compared to other years and it has reached 58% in the year 2017.

Area

The total area of India is 3,287,263 km and the amount of water in that area is 9.6%.

The total area of Pakistan is 881,913 km2.  And the amount of water in this area is 2.86%.

Official Currency

The Official currency of India is Indian Rupee that the value of Indian Rupee has less value as compared to Pakistan Currency.

The Official Currency of Pakistan is Pakistan Rupees denoted by Rs. And the value of Pakistan currency is high as compared to Indian Currency.

Official Language

There is no national language of India.

On the other hand the national language of Pakistan is Urdu which is mixture of many other languages.

Population

The total population of India is 1,324,171,354 on the basis of estimated of 2016.

In contrary the total population of Pakistan is 207,774,520 on the statics of 2016.

IT field

In the field of IT the India is much advanced as compared to Pakistan as they have their own server.

But Pakistan is not much developed in the field of IT. And it is lacking behind as compared to India.

Rivers

In India there are major 7 rivers.

There are almost 5 main rivers in Pakistan.

Conclusion

Both countries have their own advantages and disadvantages. There are some conflicts between these two countries but they should be settled as soon as possible for maintaining peace in the world.
