Jilin Provincial Government is offering scholarships for international students. These awards are offered for those applicants who want to pursue their postgraduate (Master) at the Changchun University of Science and Technology in China. This is a full scholarship that established by the Jilin Provincial Government for international students.

Jilin Provincial Government scholarship only offered for master’s programs in the following fields:

  • Computer Technology
  • Master of Business Administration

Scholarship Description / Details

Jilin Provincial Government scholarship provides:

  • A waiver of fee for registration, tuition, laboratory experiments, internship, and basic textbooks
  • Not include Cost of experiments or internships
  • Not include Cost of books or learning materials
  • Free on-campus dormitory accommodation
  • Monthly living allowance: CNY 1,700;
  • Outpatient medical service and Comprehensive Medical Insurance and Protection

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the Jilin Provincial Government scholarship, applicants must:

  • A citizen of a country other than the People’s Republic of China
  • Must be in good health
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree and under the age of 35 years at the time of application
  • Have an overall GPA over 75 on 100 scales in undergraduate degree

How to Apply / Download Scholarship Form / Documents Required

Required application documents:

  • Photocopy of notarized highest diploma
  • Academic Transcripts
  • A Study Plan or Research Proposal (min 800 words)
  • Two letters of recommendation
  • Foreigner Physical Examination Form
  • Applicants with valid HSK Certificate
