Yayasan Sime Darby is offering scholarships for national students as well as students with disabilities. These scholarships are offered for those students who want to pursue Undergraduate programmes in Malaysia. This scholarship is offered for helping those students who have excellent academic record and leadership qualities and are devoted to bring change in community through education.

Scholarship Description / Details
Yayasan Sime Darby Scholarships provides many grants for the applicants, these include:
- Tuition fees
- Living allowance
- Books allowance
- Computer allowance.
- Students with disabilities total award amount is RM25, 000 per year.
Eligibility Criteria
In to be considered for this scholarship, applicants must fulfill some criteria:
- Malaysian Citizen
- 25 years of age
- CGPA of at least 3.5, or 3A’s for A-level Programmes, and CGPA 2.5 for disable students.
- Monthly income of RM 10,000 or below.
- Leadership and communication Skills
- Participation in extra-curricular activities.
- Student already in first year of undergraduate programmes or beginners are eligible.

- Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM)
- Universiti Malaya (UM)
- Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM)

- Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM)
- Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM)
- Multimedia University (MMU)
- Universiti Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN)
- Universiti Teknologi Petronas (UTP)
- Monash University (Malaysia Campus)
- Taylor’s University
Individuals with disabilities can choose any recognized academic institutions in Malaysia.
Scholarships Bond
Individual is willing to commit to work in Sime Darby Group of Companies for 2 to 4 years, depending on the duration and value of the award. Individual with disabilities are not bonded to work after completion of program.
How to Apply / Download Scholarship Form / Documents Required
To apply for this scholarship applicants must follow these steps:

- Applicants will have to fill up and pass the eligibility check to apply for the scholarship.
- Applicants who pass the eligibility check will receive login details through to submit the application form.
- Complete application forms should along with required documents should be submitted online through YSD scholarship portal (YSMS).
