AFDA ABE Africa Arts Scholarships 2021
AFDA and ABE (AFDA Board of Education) Africa Arts Scholarship is offering scholarships for Kenya, Tanzania, Cote D’Ivoire, and Nigeria students to undertake the study in Undergraduate and Postgraduate degree in South Africa. AFDA (South Africa), one of Africa’s most prestigious institutions in the creative arts, is proud to announce that scholarship applications for Kenya, Tanzania, Cote D’Ivoire, and Nigeria (sub-Sahara Africa).
Field of Study / Subjects
Candidates can apply in the following fields for undergraduate and postgraduate study:
- Bachelor of Arts in Motion Picture Medium
- Bachelor of Arts in Live Performance
- B.Com Business Innovation
- Bachelor Computer Technology
- Bachelor of Arts in Motion Picture (Honours)
- Bachelor of Arts in Live Performance (Honours)
- Master of Arts in Fine Arts Motion Picture (MAFA)
Other latest Scholarships in Africa are also offered for different degrees and subjects all over the Africa.
Duration of Scholarship
The duration of the awards is for one year or the full time of the program depends on satisfactory academic performance
Scholarship Description / Details
AFDA ABE Africa Arts scholarships support:
- Cover the course’s tuition fees of part or full value of 1 year or 3 consecutive years
- But all other expenses are not included like: travel, visa processing, accommodation, living costs
Eligibility Criteria
In to be considering for AFDA ABE Africa Arts scholarships, must meet the following criteria:
- A citizen and currently reside in one the following countries: Kenya, Tanzania, Cote D’Ivoire, and Nigeria
- Must meet the minimum requirements and have been accepted to AFDA for the scholarship
- For postgraduate studies, applicants must given the previous tertiary/ post – school education and discipline relevant experience
- Undergraduate applicants will be assessed on final school year results and any further discipline or industry relevant experience to motivate excellence
- Candidates must demonstrate leadership skills and future commitment as ambassador to AFDA
How to Apply / Download Scholarship Form / Documents Required
- Apply online for the AFDA ABE Africa Arts Scholarships
- Submit the following documents:
- Copy of AFDA Provisional Acceptance letter
- 2 Page Motivation Letter
- Provide a separate document regarding need for tuition support
