Free University of Berlin Scholarships 2021
Free University of Berlin is offering scholarships for international students. These scholarships are offered for undergraduate and as well as graduate students to pursue their study in Germany. The purpose of this scholarship program is to support students with outstanding academic records showing exceptional merit. This is a merit-based scholarship program.
Field of Study / Subjects
Scholarships are available in the following disciplines:
- Business and Economics
- Art History
- Secure Identity in computer science
- BA Educational and Educational Science
- Social Sciences
- Law (legal science)
- Information Systems or Business Law
Other latest Scholarships in Germany are also offered for different degrees and subjects all over the Germany.
Number of Scholarships
Approximately 24 scholarships are offered in the 2017/2018 academic year
Duration of Scholarship
4 years for undergraduate study and 2 years for graduate study
Eligibility Criteria
For this scholarship the following criteria will be considered:
- Have High school diploma/Matriculation with good grades for undergraduate program
- Have bachelor degree or equivalent degree for graduate program
- Provide awards, prizes, scholarships, work activities, work in a family business and internships
- Volunteer work, social or political commitment (activities without pay in clubs, churches, social projects, political activities, in school or university committees etc)
- Personal circumstances and family background
How to Apply / Download Scholarship Form / Documents Required
- Complete online application form
Required application documents:
- Printed and signed copy of the online application form
- Matriculation certificate
- High school and university/college certificates and transcripts of academic records
- Copies of certificates of awards and prizes, documentation of scholarships, employment and internships, volunteer work and social or political activities etc
- One recent letter of recommendation
