The Istituto Superiore di Design (ISD) offers master’s and intensive course scholarships to international and domestic students. These scholarships are available to individuals who desire to pursue their master’s degree at the Istituto Superiore di Design (ISD) in Italy. A total of 30 awards are available for the master’s and intensive course programs.

Thousands of ISD graduates work in fashion, design, and communication organizations. Many of them have key positions in business and have already attained their professional goals both in Europe and around the globe.90% of ISD students can find work within six months of graduating.

Numbers of Scholarships and associated amounts

Istituto Superiore di Design is offering scholarships covering 50% of tuition expenses to foreigners and Italians residing abroad, which will be distributed among the various programs listed below:

N°10 Scholarships pay 25% to 50% of tuition expenses for Master’s programs in Fashion Design, Communication Design, and Interior Design.
N. 10 Scholarships, covering 25% to 50% of tuition expenses, are granted as follows:

  • 04 for intensive fashion design curriculum;
  • 02 for communication design curriculum.
  • 04 is for the Intensive Interior Design Program.

1 year master program

Scholarships Description / Details

Up to 30 scholarships of up to 4.000 Euro each for one-year Master’s programs.

Enrollment fee for masters courses is 2,500 eu and Tuition fee is 8,000 eu.

Eligibility Criteria

Must meet the following instructions:

  • Final year high school/degree students are eligible for this scholarship, which will be assigned based on diploma/degree achievement before starting the chosen course.
  • Master’s programs are also available for those without a Bachelor’s Degree who have significant working experience in the area of interest.

How to Apply / Download Scholarships Form / Documents Required

  • Submit the online Application form by September 30th (Annual).
  • Please submit the following documents to internationalaffair@isdnapoli.it
  • Copy of completed and signed scholarship request form.
  • Curriculum Vitae.
  • The Master Courses require a portfolio of at least 5-10 design projects from students.
  • Motivational letter
  • Copy of passport
  • A copy of a bachelor’s degree or post-secondary diploma for master’s degrees, or a high school diploma for intensive programs.
  • Students in their final year of high school/degree can apply for the scholarship, which will be assigned based on achieving the diploma/degree before starting the course.
  • Master’s programs are also open to those without a Bachelor’s Degree who have significant work experience in the area of interest.
    The Evaluation Committee will evaluate applicants based on their curriculum, professional experience, portfolio, and motivational letter.

Evaluation Outcome

Within a month of receiving an application, the Istituto Superiore di Design will send an e-mail to scholarship recipients with the results of the review and the enrollment application form.
