Early Life
Jonathan Bell Lovelace Founder of Capital Group was born in Brewton, Alabama in 1895. After completing his early education he got admission in the Auburn University. He was known and noted for his modesty in the history of the United States of America.
Early Career
He started his career as a banker. He spent the major portion of his life in 1920s while doing work for a brokerage and banking firm in Detroit.
He developed his sense of thinking in the field of investment research for earning impressive profits. For the same purpose he became a partner with E. C. MacCrone in 1924. But all his investments were going down because of market crash so he threw out all his money from that firm and moved to California.
Founder of Capital Group
He founded a company in California with the name of Capital Research and Management Company. That company was founded by him in 1931. That firm was initially started with the name of Lovelace, Dennis and Renfrew but later on it became famous with the name of Capital Group.

Capital Group is a multinational company of the United States of America in the field of investment management services providing firm. The main operations of the company are to provide consultancy to its clients in the field of financial securities. The headquarters of this company is located in Los Angeles, California. There are more than 7 thousand associates of the company with 23 offices which are being located in different countries of the world. The main offices of this group are located in Sydney, Tokyo, Toronto, Mumbai, Hong Kong, Singapore, Geneva and London.
There are several companies which come under the umbrella of Capital Group. These companies are American Funds, Capital Research and Management, Trust Capital Guardian, Capital Bank, and Capital International.

He died in 1979.
