Biography of Mark Zuckerberg
Early Life
Mark Zuckerberg founder of Facebook was born in White plains, New York, America on 14 May in year of 1984. His mother Karen was a psychiatrist while his father Edward Zuckerberg was a dentist by profession. He got his early education from Ardsley high school and after that he was enrolled in Philips Exeter academy where he was a prolific student in science, mathematics, astronomy and physics. After his earlier education he was admitted in local college and he studied for his further education there. He was interested in programming and other basic computer technology tactics from his very young age.
Interest in Computer Science
Mark Elliot Zuckerberg is a very famous computer entrepreneur and computer programmer. He was interested in field of computer science from very young age. His father taught him basic programming of Atari when he was just six years of age. He started to learn programming formally from a computer programmer named as David Newman. He used to develop such computer programs which helped his father to control his dental work from staying in their own home.
Founder of Facebook
Before the admission in Harvard College, he was already famous as a well known programmer and this thing made famous in college friends. After some time in college, he launched a program which he named as Face marsh initially which was developed for use of students of Harvard College. After some time, due to its popularity within college, college administration banned this website because it was surpassing the college social network. After this incident, he started work for a new website and programmed it in a long time. On February 4 in year of 2004, he launched the website with and address of www.thefacebook.com which later on termed to be www.facebook.com and is known world widely with the same address.
Facebook is a social networking website where people from all over the world join it and share their ideas in form of statuses. The simple user interface and easy access of this website made in very popular in a couple of years and a large number of people joined it.
Present Situation
Till the year of 2007, Mark Zuckerberg became the very rich person in age of just 23 years with growing users of Facebook. In 2010, he was awarded the times man of the year award and was said to be in the list of 100 most wealthy person of this world. Presently his website facebook has more than 1 billion users from all over the world and this number is increasing day by day. Mark Zuckerberg is the CEO at Facebook social network presently and he is about 29 years of age.
