      • Under $65,000: Full tuition, fees, and housing covered, median net cost $564.
      • $65,000–$100,000: Median scholarship $71,291, median net cost $8,847.
      • $100,000–$140,000: Median scholarship $66,345, median net cost $14,859.
      • $140,000–$175,000: Median scholarship $60,627, median net cost $20,969.
      • $175,000–$225,000: Median scholarship $48,169, median net cost $33,460.

    Last Date to Apply / Deadline: 

    The application deadline for MIT varies depending on whether you’re applying under the Early Action Plan or Regular Action Plan.  Its annual scholarship.

    Application deadlines are the same for both domestic and international students.

    Early Action applicants: The application deadline for Early Action is November 30 and financial aid offers are released in mid-January.

    Regular Action and transfer applicants: February 15. The application deadline is February 15 and financial aid offers are released in mid-March. Transfer offers are released after admission decisions.

    Continuing students: February 15. The financial aid application deadline for the following academic year is February 15. You will receive your financial aid offer in late May or early June.
