Sciences Po Paris Scholarships 2021

Sciences Po created the Emile Boutmy awards after the founder of Sciences Po in order to call the top international students (non-EU). The Emile Boutmy Scholarship is offered to best international students from outside the European Union. These scholarships are offered for those applicants who want to pursue their Bachelors and Master program at the Sciences Po University in France. The Boutmy/MIEM Scholarship will finance International Bachelors and Masters students by offering scholarships for excellence.

Applicants can choose any eligible fields for Bachelors and Masters Programs offered by the Sciences Po University.

Other latest Scholarships in France are also offered for different degrees and subjects all over the France.

Many numbers of awards are offered by the Sciences Po University.

Duration of Scholarship

The duration is 03 years for Bachelors program and 02 years for Masters Program.

Scholarship Description / Details

Sciences Po scholarships provide many grants for the applicants, these following grants are:

Undergraduate Program:

  • A tuition grant of €7,300 per year
  • A grant to cover part of the cost of living of €5000 per year
  • A tuition grant of €7,300 per year
  • A tuition grant of €5,000 per year
  • A tuition grant of €3,000 per year for the three years of the undergraduate program
  • On an exceptional basis, a scholarship of 19,000€ may be granted to cover the three years of College

Masters Program:

  • A grant of €10,000 per year to cover tuition fees
  • A grant to cover part of the cost of living of €6,000 per year
  • A tuition grant of €10,000 per year
  • A tuition grant of €5,000 per year

Eligibility Criteria

In to be considered for this scholarship, applicants must be:

  • Applicant can apply first time from non EU states, whose household does not file taxes within the EU
  • Candidates must have an excellent academic credentials and profile matches that of their chosen course
  • Applicants must have admit in bachelors and masters degree program
  • Applicant’s financial situations are also taken into account when assessing their applications

Candidates who are not eligible are:

  • Swiss and Norwegian applicants, since they may be entitled to CROUS scholarships
  • Candidates who have dual citizenship, including from a European Union state
  • Candidates from Quebec
  • Dual-degree candidates. Only applicants for the following dual degrees are eligible:
  • Dual degree in Journalism Sciences Po/Columbia University
  • Dual degree Sciences Po/Fudan University with the concentration Europe-Asia in Global Affairs (only applicants with Chinese nationality)
  • Dual degree Sciences Po/Peking University (only applicants with Chinese nationality)

  • In order to apply for these scholarship candidates must notify it on application form:
  • A proof of income and documents explaining your family situation (e.g. income tax return for both parents, pay slips, divorce certificate, unemployment benefits, documents related to alimony, child support or retirement pensions, death certificate)
