University of Messina Scholarships 2025

University of Messina has announced scholarships for international students. These scholarships are awarded for those applicants who want to seek their two-year long Master degree program at the University of Messina in Italy.

All international students can enroll in one of the Italian University System’s first or second cycle programs. Students at UniME can apply for two distinct programmes. Please choose curricula based on your previous studies and review entrance requirements before submitting your application.

The duration of the scholarship is two year for Master degree program.

Eligibility Criteria

  • To apply for this scholarship, students must have a degree from a recognized international university that is acceptable for a Master’s program.
  • Obtain a B2 level Italian language certificate from the C.L.I.Q. (Certificazione LinguaItaliania di Qualità) system before enrolling in an Italian-taught Master’s program.
  • To apply for a degree program, students must submit an International English Language Certificate (B1 / B2 level) from a recognized institution in the language section of the application, unless exempt from this requirement.

How to Apply / Download Scholarships Form / Documents Required

  • Before submitting your application, choose programs that align with your previous studies and carefully review admission requirements. The entry requirements for your preferred Degree Programme can be found in the ‘Study with us‘
    §Register at the Unime Applicant Portal  and submit the documents listed below to have your profile evaluated.
    § A high school diploma requires at least 12 years of study.
    § If you do not have a Bachelor’s Degree, send an authentic provisional certificate from your university. In any case, the candidate must have at least 15 years of education.
  • Transcript of records (exams from the preceding degree programme).
  • English Proficiency Certificate
  • Curriculum vitae (CV)
  •  Language certificate
  • A motivation letter or a Reference letter
  • Photocopy of a valid passport
  • The Departmental Commission will examine applications based on the course’s entry requirements and candidates’ previous qualifications.
  • If your application is approved, you will receive an admission letter with instructions for registering at the University portal and applying for a visa.
  • UniME will authorize your admission on the University Portal only if the required documents are legitimate and correctly uploaded. This begins the visa application procedure.

  • 2nd Callfor non-EU students: Applications for  Master’s Degree Programmes: from March 22, 2025 (00:01 am CET) to May 3, 2025 (11:59 pm CET).
