The Wells Mountain Foundation (WMF) is a public charitable foundation based in Bristol, Vermont, USA, funds the Empowerment through Education scholarships for individuals in developing countries or other situations of extreme poverty. WMF is offering scholarships for international students from developing countries. These scholarships are offered for those applicants who want to pursue their Bachelors degree program in the different universities of the world in the developing countries. This scholarship is offered on the financial bases.

Eligibility Criteria

In to be considered for this scholarship, applicants must fulfill some criteria:

  • Male or female applicants from developing countries can apply for these WMF scholarships
  • Applicants must completed a secondary education, with good to excellent grades
  • Candidates will be studying in their country or another country in the developing world
  • Applicants will have plans to live and work in their own country after they bachelors program
  • Applicants may have some other funds available for their education, but will not be able to go to school without a scholarship
