Margarine

Margarine contains potassium, carbohydrates, proteins, and vitamins which are good for your health. Apart from these nutrients margarine also contains trans fat which is not good for your health and increases the risk of heart diseases (heart attack). It is full of artificial ingredients and synthetic vitamins which do nothing to boost your immune system. It is made up of refined vegetable oil and water resulting in a fat content of around 80 percent. Artificial ingredients are also added in margarine which increases the risk of distraction, impulsivity, and hyperactivity, especially in children. It also lowers the high-density lipoprotein (HDL) which is good cholesterol. It is a high-calorie food. Best is to skip margarine and use liquid oil such as olive oil.

A shop-bought breakfast sandwich seems like a quick and easy way to have breakfast in the morning but it affects your health poorly. First of all these sandwiches are made of ingredients based on mayonnaise. It contains lots of fat, salt, sugar, and calories. Also, we don’t know what has gone inside the sandwich.
