The university was previously known as “Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics”. It is a major public research university located in Beijing, China. Beihang university emphasizes on engineering, technology, and the hard sciences. These postgraduate scholarships are full scholarships offered to international students enrolled in full time postgraduate programs.   • International travel expenses are not covered by this scholarship.

Eligibility Criteria

In order to be considered for Beihang University Postgraduate Scholarships for international students, applicants must fulfill the following criteria:

  • Qualification:
    • Applicants should have completed Bachelors Degree to study in masters / MS program.
    • Applicants should have completed Masters Degree to study in PhD / doctoral programs.
  • Age Limit
    • Must be under the age of 35 years for masters studies.
    • Must be under the age of 40 years for doctoral studies.
  • Applicants must have good command over English or Chinese languages.

How to Apply / Download Scholarship Form / Documents Required

Applicants can apply for this scholarship, must follow some steps:

  • Applicants must apply online for this scholarship. Complete and print out the application form.
  • Required Documents:
    • Highest Education Diploma.
    • Notarized Transcripts or Original Ones.
    • Two Recommendation Letters.
    • A Research Plan (no less than 500 words).
    • Proof of English or Chinese language test (TOEFL, IELTS or HSK).
    • Photocopy of First Page of Passport.
    • Photocopy of Physical Examination Form and the Report on Blood Examination.
    • Photocopy of Remittance Receipt for Application Fee (RMB￥400 Yuan or US$70. Bank account details are:
