What are traditional questions?

Traditional interview questions are the ones most likely to be posed by candidates, and the preparation of the answers to such questions can help you appear well informed and comfortable during the interview. Although you don’t want to memorize precise answers, an employer may not ask the exact questions you expect, and memorized answers may sound less genuine- responding to questions in a role-play interview with a trusted friend or mentor allows you to discover the strengths and weaknesses of your interview and work in areas where you stutter or fall short of an answer.

In the real world, for the commoners it is a big issue to perform well in their interviews. As the labor force in the market is increasing day by day and market is limited. It is certain that due to gap between the size of market and labor force competition has increased. So everyone is trying to get job in this world of competition. And when we talk about getting job the concern of interview is the most important. So here we will discuss some ways to cope up with the most common question usually asked in the interviews, that is, “can you explain yourself to us?”

This type of question is dodgy in nature. Most of the candidates start answering this question by telling their synopsis. That is, “in which school he/she was enrolled”, “from where he/she done the graduation”, “past working experience”, and their achievements. So it doesn’t create any impact on the interviewer because everyone just answers it in a similar way and you cannot be different from others.

Another aspect of this situation is that all of your history related to your academics, work and achievements is already present in the documents which you have already given earlier. So telling the same thing is of no use. Interviewer might think that these things are already in the documents so what is the necessity of conducting interview?

So you have to change the way of answering this question. When you are asked this type of question you should tell about your interests and hobbies apart from the work, your favorite books, your experience in professional life that how you applied your learning in practical field. This will differentiate you from those traditional answers and leave an impact on the minds of interviewers.

You can also check whether your this attitude is dominating on others or not. Now the question is that how you will come to know whether it will work or not? So the answer is very simple. Just attend the parties and try to speak to strangers over there and share your life information with them. After half an hour or one hour met again them, if anything they remember about you that means you have successfully done your part and try this in your interviews. What are you talking of being one of your greatest achievements? Keep the job linked to your responses, and within reason. That can be demonstrated without being too boastful. For example, saying something like “Even though I feel my greatest accomplishments are still ahead of me, I ‘m proud of my involvement with .I made my contribution as part of that team and learned a lot about it.
