Difference between Agave and Honey

Sweet has much importance in our food. Agave and honey are common sweeteners and these are considered more beneficial as compare to sugar. Honey has slightly higher content of crabs and calories, and has higher amount of Glycemic index. In contrasts  agave has higher amount of fructose content, which is awful for health.

Honey

Agave is processed before its consumption. Agave can’t be used without processing,

Honey is not or less processed before its consumption. Natural honey is more effective as compare to processed honey.
