Third Format: Structured Interview

It is amalgamation of situational interview basically. In this interview format, contenders are asked about numerous challenging questions. An applicant may be asked about same category questions and after answers interviewers  would score him/her. This interview format is beneficial in a sense that officials can judge applicant’s  potential easily.

Fourth Format: Semi Structured Interview

 Fourth type of interview format is called semi structured interview. This format is mixture of structured and unstructured interview where officials ask different similar questions to contenders to test their mental level. Sometimes they also ask questions from your resume so make sure there is no any false information put up in your resume. As false information might seem like a good idea to impress but, if questions are to be asked from that particular part, it’s definitely going to get you in trouble. So it’s always a good idea to be honest and particular about your experience, skills and knowledge.

Fifth Format: Unstructured Format

 It is more natural and realistic type of interview format where candidates are asked about different question from their resumes. In this type of interview format, applicants need to be more careful while communicating with officials because they might put you under pressure. Therefore, never reply about unfamiliar things because they might be asking to test your knowledge  and not your personal experiences.

Sixth Format: Case Interview

 This is a type of format that facilitates applicants to show their potential on very moment. Basically this interview format is designed for following purposes
