Biography of Frank Giustra
Early Life
Frank Giustra Founder of Lions Gate Entertainment Corporation was born in 1957 in Canada’s Sudbury, Ontario. In his childhood he used to live in Argentina and Italy. He got his middle school education in Aldegrove, British Columbia, Canada. After that he completed his high school graduation in 1976 from the same school. He got his further education from Douglas College in 1979. In his first year at Douglas College, he used to be engaged in music programs of school and a trumpet player. He switched then to finance and business. His father was a Sudbury nickel mineworker. His father introduced him with a broker.
Career in Investment Institutions
He also got the education in courses of securities. He entered into professional life in investment field in 1978. He worked as an assistant trader of Merrill Lynch. After that, he became a stockbroker. He left his previous boss Merrill Lynch and went on to join Yorkton Securities firm of Europe for creating a financing group in early 80s. He has the honor for changing Yorkton into a main power of international financing in the world.
He was very successful there. He was appointed as the President of Yorkton in 1990. Further went on to higher rank of Chairman and CEO in 1995.
In the start of 21st century, he joined Endeavour Financial, a firm that finances mining companies and known as merchant banking. He remained in that firm from 2001 to 2007.
After that he became the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of another financial firm named Fiore Financial Corporation. This was linked to Endeavor Mining Corporation.
Founder of Lions Gate Entertainment
In between his carrier of year 1995 and 2000. He left the banking carrier and invested in some sort of different domain, which was formation of Lions Gate Entertainment in 1997. It was a small film distribution studio company. He tried to get benefits by promoting film industry in Vancouver. He bought several number of production and distribution facilitator firms. The company went on the path of success and its first production was American Psycho. After that he produced many films under this badge.
In 2003 he sold all of his interest of Lions Gate to Jon Feltheimer and Michael Burns. But he came again in contact with Lions Gate Entertainment in 2010 through the Board of Directors membership and got his company back. In March 2012, he made a merger of Lions Gate and another film producing company Thunderbird and new company was named as Sea to Sky Entertainment.

This Company is a Canadian-American company in the field of entertainment. It was initially founded in Vancouver, British Columbia on 3rd July of 1997. It’s headquarter is in Sant Monica, California, the United States of America. In 2013 it was named as the commercially successful film and television program distribution studio.
Inside His Private Life
His wife was Alison Lawton. She was also a documentary film producer and human right activist. He married her in 2000. They were settled in West Vancouver.
