Therefore, today we will talk about  how to write an interview article.

What is an Interview Article? An interview article means an article written about interview queries, questions, situations and attitude or behavior of applicants. Furthermore, different steps through which an interview article can be written easily

Or to put it even simply, we can say it is a piece of information written to cover everything related to an interview.

First Step: Select a Perspective

An interview can be written easily by following three perspectives that are discussed below.

  • Literal Perspective
  • Hybrid Perspective
  • Narrative Perspective

Do not get perplexed from the above terms because we will separately discuss each and every point mentioned above  with the help of examples.

Literal Way of Writing an Interview Article

In this perspective, answers and questions are written by following a literal way. Literal way does not mean something written literary. In this style, one can use italic, bold format and letters like Q for questions and A for answers. For better understanding below is an example.

For example

Q- Alice, do you like your job?

A- Yes, I like being a receptionist.

Q- Sarah, are you satisfied with the work?

A-    Yes, I am quite satisfied.

Hybrid Way of Writing an Interview Article

In this type, leave the question by amalgamating it with narrative statement or direct quotes.

For example

Alice is contented from her job: I like being a receptionist

Narrative Way of Writing an Interview Article

This is slightly different than the other two mentioned before and this style requires the applicant to be represented as third person.

For example

I ask Alice about her job and she tells me she like being receptionist.

The first perspective is suitable for personal interview, whereas, the last one is appropriate for an article where interview part means to gather more information about a certain topic.

Second Step: Rephrase the Answers

Do you know what conversation means?: It is all about unspoken words, half or incomplete sentences and gradual changes in topic. To make an interview interesting and attractive, you have to rephrase or change the sentences or words. However, it does not mean to change the meaning of sentence so be careful while doing this. Sentence should convey the same meaning even changing in words and arrangement. Furthermore, make it eye-catching so reader cannot lose his/her curiosity and interest while reading that.

Third Step: Make It Simple and Attractive

To make a writing look attractive it’s important not only to use attractive sentences that keep a reader excited, but also make sure to put in headings that makes them interested. Because, we usually put a heading in the start of writing a piece, and that is the first thing a person will read. So first things first, the heading must be made interesting. Therefore, make your article simple and appealing. Now query is how someone can make an interview article an attractive one? It is very simple

  • Give interview title on the top
  • Streamers
