International Foundation for Science (IFS) is a NGO (non-governmental organization) that is offering grants for international researcher all over the world. Awards Description: IFS provides many benefits for the researchers:

  • Individual Research grants are awarded on merit in amounts up to USD 12,000 for one to three
  • Years under the IFS grants.
  • Grants are used for the purchase of basic tools for research:
  • Equipment
  • Expendable supplies and literature
  • Field activities

Eligibility Criteria: In to be considered for IFS grants, Researcher must follow:

  • Researcher must be citizens of eligible countries
  • Researcher must have a minimum of an M.Sc, MA or equivalent academic degree
  • Researcher must be younger than 35 years of age for men, and 40 years of age for women.
  • If the applicant’s/researcher 35thbirthday (men) and 40th birthday (women) birthday are on or after the closing date of the call, he/she is still eligible.
