Murdoch University Academic Excellence Awards Scholarships for International Students 2021 / 2022

Murdoch University is offering the Murdoch University Academic Excellence Awards (MUAEA’s) scholarships to international students all around the world. MUAEA’s scholarships are offered for those students who have a record of high academic achievement in previous studies. Up to 47 awards are being offered this year.

Field of Study / Subjects

Applicants can choose any field of study (for their bachelor’s or master’s degree program) from the list of programs that are being offered at the Murdoch University.

Other latest Scholarships in Australia are also offered for different degrees and subjects all over the Australia.

Number of Scholarships

Approximately 47 scholarships are offered annually to the international students to study in bachelor’s or master’s degree programs. These awards are divided as follows:

• For Undergraduate studies: 35 scholarships
• For Postgraduate studies: 12 scholarships

Duration of Scholarship

04 years for undergraduate and 02 years for postgraduate study program.

Scholarship Description / Details

Murdoch University Academic Excellence Awards Scholarships for international students provide many grants for the applicants, these following grants are:

• Total value of the MUAEA’S scholarship is $5,000.
• This amount will be paid in two equal installments of AU$2,500 (after successful completion of the first semester).
• There is no financial payout to the scholarship, nor is it refundable.

Eligibility Criteria

In order to be considered for Murdoch University Academic Excellence Awards Scholarships for international students, applicants must fulfill the following criteria:

• Applicants must be international students (non-Australian).
• Murdoch University must have offered you a place in undergraduate or postgraduate study programs.
• Applicants must have started their first semester at Murdoch university.
• Applicant have 75% marks or equivalent or higher than in intermediate for undergraduate program.
• Hold an average grade of 75% or higher or equivalent GPA in the bachelor’s degree for postgraduate course work program.

Note: Those applicants who are receiving the IWS scholarship are not eligible to apply for this scholarship.

Applicants can apply for this scholarship, must follow some steps:

• Download and complete the application form.
• Attach all the required documents with this application form.
• Email the application to  international.admissions@murdoch.edu.au before the deadline.
